Full Journal pdf2014-04-02 House Journal Page 2152 HB 211 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2094) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN) "An Act relating to the education and employment of individuals with disabilities." and 2014-04-02 House Journal Page 2153 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(L&C) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 211(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 211(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 211(FIN)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 211(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
